Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist Certified Personal Trainer Group Fitness Instructor Has been practicing massage in the beautiful lakes region of New Hampshire since 2008 and is certified through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. After her initial training at Seacoast Career School's Massage Therapy Program she has been continuing her education in numerous modalities including Pregnancy Massage 101, Assessment and Treatment of low back, head, neck and shoulder pain, active isolated stretching as well as energy healing modalities--reiki, reflexology, and aromatherapy. In additon to her busy massage practice, Ellen is also licensed to teach aerobic dance fitness (Zumba*) and yoga and is a certified personal trainer.
